"Photochromic lenses are just okay"
I ordered photochromic glasses from muukal.com and the frames look really nice, but the lenses were a little underwhelming for me. They do darken outside, just not as much as I was hoping, and they’re slow to change, especially when I’m in the car. For the price they’re fine, but I was expecting a bit more. I’d give them 3 stars

"Packaging was sooo disappointing"
The packaging kinda ruined it for me. The box showed up all crushed, and the glasses case was just rattling around loose inside with no real protection. It made the whole thing feel cheeeap, and I was definitely not happy seeing it arrive like that.

"lenses feel cheap"
i got my glasses and the lenses don’t feel great. the edges are a bit blurry when i look around, and they seem to scratch way too easily. i was really hoping they’d be better, but i’m not happy with them.

"Shipping was way slower than expected"
Not gonna lie, the shipping from muukal.com took way too long. I kept checking the tracking and it felt like it barely moved for days. The wait was frustrating, so I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly

The return process did work eventually, but it felt like one of those things that works when it wants to. The rules seemed stricter than expected, and I wish the return policy was explained more clearly upfront.

"Prescription came out right"
I was a little nervous about ordering glasses online. Mostly because of the prescription. But the pair I got from muukal.com turned out really well, and the vision feels spot on. No weird blur, no headaches, and I can read and drive just fine.
Took me a few days to get used to the frames. Normal adjustment stuff. But the lenses are right, which was the main thing I cared about. Happy with them.

"Customization was okay, but I wanted a little more"
The customization options were fine, and it’s not even about having a ton of choices just for the sake of it. I just felt like there weren’t quite enough options that actually worked well for my face.

"Delivery was late and I’m not sure I’d trust it again"
My package ended up arriving much later than expected, and I didn’t get any updates while I was waiting. I get that delays happen, but being left completely in the dark was really frustrating. It definitely made me lose some trust in the delivery process.

"Fit was exactly what I needed"
I’m usually cautious about ordering glasses online because I don’t want to deal with returns or a bad fit, but these ended up being just right. They don’t slip, they don’t pinch, and the sizing info on the site was accurate. Pretty much came out exactly how I expected

"A little pricier than I expected"
I did find a few frame styles I liked, but the prices felt a bit high to me. Once I added the lenses, the total jumped up more than I thought it would. It wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just didn’t feel like the best value compared to a few other places I looked at.

"Warranty got handled, but it felt like extra work"
I had to reach out to muukal.com about a warranty issue with my glasses. To be fair, they did respond and eventually helped me get it sorted out, but it took a few back-and-forth messages and more time than I expected. I kind of felt like I had to keep following up, which was annoying and felt like extra work on my end. They fixed the problem in the end, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, but quicker updates would’ve made it a lot better.

I tried using muukal.com, i didn’t have a great experience. Maybe it’s just me, but the site felt confusing to navigate. Some pages loaded in a weird way, the filters didn’t really help me narrow things down, and the checkout process felt more complicated than it needed to be.

"Honestly, decent frames for the price"
The frames feel good overall, especially for what they cost. Are they perfect? No, i don’t know why anyone expects perfection at this price point. But they’re solid enough, look nice, and don’t feel super cheap. A couple little things could be better, but for the money, I’m not mad about it.

I just needed to swap for a different size, but the whole exchange took way longer than expected. I had to follow up with support twice before anything really moved. Maybe it was just a one-off, but something about the process felt off.

I ordered from muukal.com the whole process was kind of annoying. The site kept feeling slow, and at one point I had to put my info in again, which is always the thing that makes me want to give up. Checkout did eventually go through, so there’s that, but it just didn’t feel very smooth. Also, the discount code area was weirdly confusing, maybe I missed something, but it wasn’t super clear. Anyway, I’m hoping the glasses are great because the ordering part definitely wasn’t my favorite.
